USA ARCHERY LEVEL 2
USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Certification
The USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification course provides graduates with the education and training to maintain safety for archers, staff, and spectators while conducting beginner archery programs. The course prepares instructors to teach long-term archery programs such as Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD), Adult Archery, and Explore Archery.
The Level 2 Instructor course provides the foundation for instructors to teach beginner archery programs to people of all ages and abilities.
A Level 1 Instructor certification is NOT a prerequisite for this course. This course combines the USA Archery Level 1 Instructor Certification information with an introduction to the National Training System (NTS) Steps of Shooting for recurve and compound, equipment and accessory setup, athlete development, intermediate coaching techniques, and events.
The Level 2 Instructor course is a blended format requiring students to complete the USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Certification Online Course and then complete the “in-person” USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Practical course to become certified as a USA Archery Level 2 Instructor officially.
